What exactly is a credit?
1 credit = 15 minutes of scheduled interview time. Credits are deducted based on the duration you set when configuring the round — not how long the candidate actually takes. A 30-minute round uses 2 credits regardless of completion time.
What do I get with the 5 free credits on signup?
75 minutes of real AI interview time at no cost, with no card required. Full fidelity — real voice interviews, real proctoring, real scored reports. Not a demo mode. Use them to judge the quality before spending anything.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits expire one year from the date of purchase. Plan your pack size around your expected 12-month hiring volume to avoid losing unused credits.
Is GST included in the listed prices?
No. All prices are pre-GST. Indian customers pay 18% GST on top, which appears as a separate line on your invoice and is fully ITC-claimable.
Can I get a refund on credits I haven't used?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. They can be transferred to another team or workspace within the same organisation. Contact us for specific situations.
What's the difference between the three tiers?
Every tier gets the full interview product — both voices, all report features, full proctoring. Tiers differ on volume discount and team features. Starter (1 pack) is ₹99/credit. Growth (2–9 packs) is ₹89/credit. Scale (10+ packs) is ₹79/credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and direct bank transfer for orders above ₹50,000. Scale plan customers can be invoiced with 30-day payment terms.
Do I need to be an existing HROne customer to use this?
No. AI Interviewer is a standalone product. If you are on HROne, the two connect automatically — completed interviews sync with HROne Recruitment on hire.
How does the cost compare to what we're doing today?
A recruiter-led L1 phone screen costs ₹2,000–3,000 per candidate when you factor in recruiter time. AI Interviewer costs ₹99–198 per interview. For a team screening 100 candidates a month, that is a saving of roughly ₹1.8–2.8 lakh monthly.
